You're 18Well, it was Erica's birthday on the 28th. But it wasn't much of a birthday because she got cellulitus. The worse it's ever been before. She had a fever all day, so it we didn't celebrate. Well, we did, but we didn't have cake or ice cream, and Erica didn't open her presents. Everybody called, an amazing friend, Ashleigh, came over, and all that stuff. We did a lot of other things the next day right before and after church. She had a good time, I'm pretty sure. She went to the doctor in Houston with Mom yesterday. We told them she got cellulitus again, so they asked her to come in. She has to go every week day this week to get therapy. They've given her preventative medicine, and she's doing great. They're approaching her lymphodema differently then the previous doctor did. We're experimenting to see what works best for the swelling to go down. So we'll see what happens. Please keep her in your prayers. Thank you so much!!

So what did she get for her birthday??
She received some books & her "official" checking account for adults. :) And of course, many wonderful phone calls from precious friends & family. :) Shelly
