Christmas in West Columbia

Merry Christmas to all the Hagemeier clan! This is our new and expanded family photo from this year. We all got together and played games, ate wonderful food and had LOTS of leftovers, opened white elephant gifts, and of course took our group picture. It was great to catch up with everyone and share life. It was a lovely Saturday and wonderful prelude to Christmas.
Love you guys!

Well our youth Christmas party was a blast. The outfits were very funny, the food was delicious and the games were hilarious - especially constructing a Grinch! Hope everyone had fun!

Hardin County Youth Project Show (HCYP) was October 14-15th. Kayla showed her steer Regi and won Reserve Champion! It was a very exciting weekend. As you can see from the pictures, Regi was wounded, which made raising him much more time consuming......so winning was doubly wonderful. Bret's father also came to watch, that was a lovely surprise. She also showed her heifer Alec.....but it was just fun - no winning. But it was still a great weekend. She did very well in the auction for Regi and made some money.

Mr. Bryan McKnight

Friday, October 14, 2011

Thursday, March 17, 2011

What can I say about the McKnight family and their unfailing help, love and support in the short one year that we have known them? I'm not sure, but I know it seems like we have known them always and yet, we met them in August 2010. In that short time, they have truly endeared themselves in our lives. In August, 2011; Bryan discovered he had stage 4 colon cancer. On October 15, he went to be with the Lord. We can rejoice that he is not in pain and with the Lord. Even though, he will be missed by many, his legacy will live on in all those he taught over the years. You are already missed Bryan. Many thoughts and prayers for his wife of 23 years, Denise and son, Weston.
